Shipping and Returns

US Domestic Shipping:

  • Order processing: Rookie Humans is based in New Jersey, USA. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days except during holidays or when products are marked as pre-sale.  
  • Expedited shipping: If your order is time-sensitive please send us an email to hello@rookiehumans.com with your order number immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Overnight service is available for orders placed by 11am EST but incur an additional shipping fee. 

Pre-Sales:

  • Pre-sale orders ship by the date listed on the respective product page. In case of unexpected delays of more than 5 business days, shoppers will be contacted and given the option to cancel their order. Most times we ship before the pre-sale ship date, we are always giddy to get our sheets to you as soon as possible!
  • Please note that if your pre-sale order includes non pre-sale items, we will ship them together unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping:

  • We are happy to ship your order internationally, but can't guarantee delivery timing.  We currently use USPS and FedEx Cross Border for international parcels, which are fully trackable. Most destinations can expect a transit time of 2-3 weeks.
  • Please note you may be charged duties and taxes if applicable by the import rules of your country. 
Returns:

To complete your return, please email us at hello@rookiehumans.com for instructions.  

  • You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you are exchanging a gift, we can issue store credit if that is preferred. 
  • We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • We offer free return shipping on exchanges only.
