Shipping

  • Rookie Humans is based in New Jersey, USA. We ship domestic and international orders via USPS. Orders ship within 2 business days (unless they are pre-sales) via First Class or Priority Mail. If you need your shipment to be expedited, please contact us before placing the order at hello@rookiehumans.com 
  • Pre-sale orders will ship out by the date announced in the product page. In case of unexpected delays of more than 10 business days, shoppers will be contacted and given the option to cancel their order. Delivery date might be sooner, we are always giddy to get our sheets to you as soon as possible!
  • We are happy to ship your order internationally, but can't guarantee delivery timing. Please note you will also be responsible for customs, duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order ships. 
  • We never include the price inside of the package, so if it's a gift the recipient won't receive a copy of the invoice. Do include a gift message if you want us to include your name.

 

Returns

To complete your return, please email us at hello@rookiehumans.com for instructions.

  • You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved returns will be refunded minus the cost of shipping to the original credit card of payment.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
